When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same working day (Mon–Fri), or within 3–4 days if the tattoo is out of stock.
Don’t worry, your order won’t get lost! If you see no updates for more than 7 working days, please reach out to us.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. For returns, simply provide your order number along with a valid reason.

Tattoo Not Dark Enough?

If you’ve just applied your tattoo, please allow 4–5 days for full development. Follow the steps in this guide for further care and tips!

Color Development
Your tattoo will start developing within 24 hours and reach its full color in 4–5 days. Shades may range from blue/green to deep blue-black, depending on your skin chemistry.

Fade Dynamics
Tattoos fade naturally as your skin regenerates. To make them last, avoid excessive heat, water exposure, or friction (e.g., exfoliation). Tattoos on high-contact areas like hands or wrists may fade faster.

Sleeping Tips
During the first night, wear loose clothing to avoid friction. If not using cling wrap, long sleeves can help prevent transfer to your skin or face.

How to Make It Darker
For a deeper result (arm tattoos only), apply the tattoo at night, cover it with cling wrap, and sleep with it. The trapped moisture helps the ink appear darker by morning. Without this method, simply allow 4–5 days for natural development.

Moisturize
After 24 hours, apply moisturizer daily to keep skin hydrated and your tattoo looking vibrant. Avoid scrubbing during development.

Design & Darkness
Bold and larger designs appear darker than minimal or fine-line tattoos.

Gentle Removal
If you want to remove your tattoo sooner, gently exfoliate with a high-quality exfoliating glove in the shower. Otherwise, tattoos fade naturally after the first week and usually disappear by the third week.

Tattoo feels sticky!

This is completely normal during the first 1–2 days as the tattoo develops and reacts with your skin, no need to worry!

Just keep your skin well hydrated with moisturizer, and any sticky residue will naturally fade away after a few days.

How to track my order?

Please visit our Track My Order page from the menu, enter your order number or tracking information, and you’ll be all set!

Keep in mind our standard delivery timeframes. If you notice any issues with tracking, contact us anytime and we’ll check it for you.

Sometimes, airport security may hold packages for an extra 3–5 days, this is beyond our control. If your tracking shows “Security,” please allow some extra time patiently.

Why Isn’t My Package Moving?

If your package is stuck at “Customs Security,” please allow a few days for tracking to update. Unfortunately, this process is beyond our control, as all packages go through mandatory security protocols.

No need to worry! If it has been over 5 working days (excluding weekends), contact us and we’ll investigate and assist you.

Once security clearance is completed, your package will continue to your local city and then be delivered by your local driver.

My Package Shows Delivered But I Haven’t Received It

Please first check around your home, sometimes packages are left in corners, behind objects, or with neighbors.

Carriers occasionally mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive. In these cases, it can take an extra 1–2 days for the delivery to be completed.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after a couple of days, don’t worry, contact us and we’ll assist you right away!
